If you weren’t aware, each month we alternate between a FREE low back workshop and FREE shoulder workshop for those needing a little extra guidance with their issues.

It’s hosted here at the LORPT facility in Laguna Niguel and our doors are open for anyone and everyone who’d like to attend.

Low Back Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn to manage low back pain & sciatica without medication, injections, or surgery.
